Storytelling

Scott went to school to become a brand storyteller, majoring in Professional Writing and minoring in Creative Writing (2018). He also has a graduate certificate degree in Creative Writing (2020). Scott has worked in a creative capacity helping brands tell their story for clients like: Aultman Hospital, Stark County Community Foundation, SARTA, Cuyahoga County, Good Year, Fred Astaire, Prestige Ballroom, The Ohio State University Lord Denny’s Players, Smith’s Dairy, and more. Some of my favorites are below.

Challenge: COVID-19 has increased the need for poll workers as the usual workers are considered to be some of the populations most vulnerable to the pandemic.
Inspiration: Members of our production team we’re sharing why they enjoyed being a poll worker each election with that in mind we tackled the question of “how can we get more poll workers despite there being a pandemic?”

Challenge: Tell the story of the infamous blown 3-1 Finals lead of 2016 in a series of one minute videos.
Inspiration: Popular sports commentator, Nick Wright, did a 10 minute segment on why it was a bad move for the greatest regular season team in NBA history to add the second best player in the league to their team in free agency.

Challenge: Make an argument for why something illegal should be legalized in under 2 minutes.
Inspiration: Joe Rogan had a guest on his show promoting her website, reset.me, which was focused around the idea of using psychedelic drugs to treat mental disorders like PTSD, ADD, Depression, and more.
