Go-to-Market Strategist, Product Campaign Manager

Opportunity: SOCi Inc. wants to expand it’s product offerings and now has the capabilities to automate social media management using the power of AI. Few others do this, and at the time, no one’s tech is capable of doing what SOCi’s Genius Social product does in terms of full-on engagement, content, and planning automation.
Strategy: Prove the value of this new AI automation tool without blending in with the AI buzzword products storming the market, leverage the product team as a whole to showcase the tool in action, create excitement over a breakthrough in social media marketing. Host the first ever product webinar in company history.
Results: The product launch of Genius Social has been the most successful launch in company history in terms of volume of new onboards. It also had the most beta customer’s we’ve ever had. In addition, the launch webinar received the most webinar sign-ups and attendees the company has ever had. My promotional email campaign also returned our highest ever average open-rates (39.9% customer list, 27% prospect list) and click through rates (10% for customers, 7% for prospects) across a multi-touch campaign.
My Role: Lead all promotions, oversee creative for the launch, collaborate with the product team to promote the launch, provide the sales team the necessary collateral to sell Genius Social.
